המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף בדף Blue Royal, למה, למי הוא מועבר ומה הזכויות שלך. היא נכתבה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א־1981, כפי שתוקן בתיקון 13, ולפי סעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים) בעניין דיוור.
מי אוסף את המידע
אל אבי יזמות נדל"ן (Modluk Ltd), חברה רשומה בקפריסין, מספר 467517, כתובת: הפלד 7, מגדל מבנה, חולון ("אל אבי"). אל אבי היא הבעלים של מאגר המידע והאחראית עליו.
איזה מידע נאסף
מה שמסרת בטופס: שם מלא, טלפון, טווח ההון העצמי שבחרת, והאם סימנת הסכמה לדיוור, כולל מועד הסימון.
מידע על הגעה לדף: פרמטרים מהקישור שדרכו הגעת (כמו utm_source, fbclid, gclid), כתובת הדף שממנו הגעת והשפה שבחרת.
מידע טכני, רק אם אישרת עוגיות: עמודים שנצפו, פעולות בדף (כמו התחלת מילוי טופס או לחיצה על וואטסאפ), סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, ומזהים של עוגיות.
אינך חייב/ת למסור מידע. בלי שם וטלפון לא נוכל לחזור אליך.

אנשי מקצוע מטעם אל אבי בתהליך הרכישה, כמו עורכי דין ויועצי משכנתאות, רק אם תבחר/י להתקדם ובמידה הנדרשת.

חלק מהספקים שומרים מידע בשרתים מחוץ לישראל. אל אבי לא מוכרת מידע אישי.
כמה זמן המידע נשמר
פרטי פנייה נשמרים עד חודשיים מהקשר האחרון איתך, אלא אם החוק מחייב לשמור יותר, או שהתקדמת לרכישה ואז המידע נשמר לפי תקופות השמירה של ההתקשרות. מידע של עוגיות נשמר לפי תקופת העוגייה, כמפורט למטה.
עוגיות
עוגיות הן קבצים קטנים שהדפדפן שומר. בדף יש שני סוגים:
הכרחיות: שמירת הבחירה שלך לגבי עוגיות, הגדרות הנגישות והשפה, ושמירה זמנית של פרטי הטופס עד המעבר לדף התודה. הן נשמרות בדפדפן שלך בלבד ולא דורשות הסכמה.
מדידה ופרסום: Google Analytics (למשל _ga, עד 24 חודשים) ופיקסל של Meta (למשל _fbp, עד 3 חודשים). נטענות רק אחרי שלחצת "אישור" בבאנר.
אפשר לשנות את הבחירה בכל רגע דרך , וגם למחוק עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן.
דיוור
הודעות שיווקיות בוואטסאפ, ב־SMS או בטלפון נשלחות רק אם סימנת את תיבת הדיוור. התיבה לא מסומנת מראש ואינה תנאי להשארת פרטים. שיחה חוזרת על הפנייה שלך עצמה אינה דיוור. אפשר להסיר את עצמך בכל רגע, בתשובה להודעה או בפנייה ל־office@el-avi.co.il.
הזכויות שלך
עיון: לבקש לראות את המידע שנשמר עליך.
תיקון: לבקש לתקן מידע לא נכון, לא שלם או לא מעודכן.
מחיקה: לבקש למחוק את המידע, וגם לבקש שלא ישמש לדיוור.
נשיב לבקשה בתוך הזמן שהחוק קובע. אם לא קיבלת מענה מספק, אפשר לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.
אבטחת מידע
הדף מוגש בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS). הגישה למידע מוגבלת לאנשים ולספקים שצריכים אותו לצורך המטרות שלמעלה.
אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תופיע כאן עם תאריך עדכון חדש.

This policy explains what information the Blue Royal page collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It follows Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741‑1981, as amended by Amendment 13, and section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law on marketing messages.
Who collects the information
El‑Avi Real Estate Development (Modluk Ltd), registered in Cyprus, company no. 467517, address: 7 HaPeled St., Mivne Tower, Holon, Israel (“El‑Avi”). El‑Avi owns and is responsible for the database.
What we collect
What you enter in the form: full name, phone, the equity range you chose, and whether you opted in to marketing, including when.
How you arrived: parameters from the link you came through (such as utm_source, fbclid, gclid), the referring page and your chosen language.
Technical information, only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, actions on the page (such as starting the form or tapping WhatsApp), device and browser type, and cookie identifiers.
You are not required to provide information. Without a name and phone number we can’t get back to you.
Why we collect it
To contact you about Blue Royal and send you the information you asked for.
To arrange a meeting and support you through the purchase, if you choose to proceed.
To measure and improve our advertising, only if you accept cookies.
To send updates on projects and events, only if you ticked the marketing box.
Who we share it with
A customer relationship management (CRM) system El‑Avi uses to manage enquiries.
Advertising and analytics providers: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept cookies. Lead information may also be shared with them from El‑Avi’s systems to measure conversions, hashed where the service allows.
The site’s hosting provider (Vercel), only to run the page.
Professionals acting for El‑Avi in the purchase, such as lawyers and mortgage advisers, only if you proceed and only as needed.
Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some providers store data on servers outside Israel. El‑Avi does not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to two months from our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer, or you proceed to a purchase, in which case the contract’s retention periods apply. Cookie data is kept for the cookie’s lifetime, listed below.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. This page uses two kinds:
Essential: remembering your cookie choice, accessibility settings and language, and temporarily holding form details until the thank‑you page. They stay in your browser and don’t require consent.
Measurement and advertising: Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, up to 24 months) and the Meta Pixel (e.g. _fbp, up to 3 months). They load only after you click “Accept” in the banner.
You can change your choice anytime through , and delete cookies in your browser settings.
Marketing messages
Marketing messages by WhatsApp, SMS or phone are sent only if you ticked the marketing box. The box is not pre‑ticked and is not a condition for submitting the form. A call back about your own enquiry is not marketing. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying to a message or writing to office@el-avi.co.il.
Your rights
Access: ask to see the information held about you.
Correction: ask to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Deletion: ask us to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing.
We’ll respond within the time the law sets. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
The page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the information is limited to the people and providers who need it for the purposes above.
