הצהרת נגישות

אל אבי יזמות נדל"ן רואה חשיבות בכך שכל אחד יוכל להשתמש בדף Blue Royal. הדף נבנה לפי תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג־2013, ולפי התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, ברמה AA (המבוסס על WCAG 2.0).
מה הונגש
- מבנה כותרות תקין, ושפה וכיוון כתיבה מוגדרים בכל עמוד, בעברית ובאנגלית.
- ניווט מלא במקלדת, עם סימון פוקוס בולט וקישור "דילוג לתוכן" בראש כל עמוד.
- ניגודיות צבעים לפי רמה AA, בגרסה הכהה ובגרסה הבהירה, גם על גבי ההדמיות.
- טקסט חלופי לכל תמונה, בעברית ובאנגלית.
- שדות הטופס עם תוויות גלויות, הודעות שגיאה בטקסט שמוקראות לקורא מסך, ותיבת הסכמה שאינה מסומנת מראש.
- שאלות נפוצות שנפתחות בכפתור, עם סימון מצב פתוח וסגור לקורא מסך. לשוניות הדירות עובדות גם בחיצי המקלדת.
- התאמה לגדלי מסך שונים ולהגדלת טקסט עד 200% בלי אובדן תוכן.
- כיבוד הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה: אנימציות הכניסה נעצרות, והכותרת המתחלפת בראש הדף נשארת קבועה.
- בראש הדף יש סרטון רקע שקט (הדמיה, בלי קול ובלי מידע שלא מופיע בטקסט) וכותרת שמתחלפת כל 5 שניות. ליד הכותרת יש כפתור אחד שעוצר ומפעיל את שניהם, וגם במקלדת. ההחלפה נעצרת כשפותחים את הטופס, וקורא מסך מקריא כותרת אחת קבועה. במצב "עצירת אנימציות" או "הפחתת תנועה" הסרטון לא נטען ומוצגת תמונה.
- באמצע הדף יש סרטון תדמית שקט של הפרויקט (הדמיות, בלי דיבור ובלי טקסט חוץ משם הפרויקט והמיקום), עם נקודות מידע שמופיעות גם כטקסט לקורא מסך, ועם כפתור השהיה. הוא לא מתנגן לבד במצב "עצירת אנימציות" או "הפחתת תנועה".
איך משתמשים בתפריט הנגישות
הכפתור העגול בפינת המסך פותח את תפריט הנגישות. אפשר להגיע אליו גם במקש Tab. בתפריט:
- הגדלת טקסט בשלוש רמות
- ניגודיות גבוהה
- מצב בהיר
- הדגשת קישורים
- גופן קריא
- עצירת אנימציות
- איפוס כל ההגדרות
מקש Esc סוגר את התפריט. ההגדרות נשמרות בדפדפן לביקור הבא. התפריט הוא נוחות נוספת. הנגישות עצמה בנויה בקוד הדף.
מה עוד לא הונגש
- סרטון העדויות מאירוע המשקיעים עדיין לא עלה לדף. כשיעלה, הוא יעלה עם כתוביות. עד אז, אפשר לקבל את התוכן שלו בפנייה לרכז הנגישות.
- ההדמיות הן תמונות להמחשה. התיאור שלהן מופיע בטקסט החלופי, והנתונים עצמם (שטחים, מרחקים, מימון) כתובים גם בטקסט בדף.

El‑Avi Real Estate Development wants everyone to be able to use the Blue Royal page. It was built to Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773‑2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA (based on WCAG 2.0).
What we made accessible
- Proper heading structure, with language and text direction set on every page, in Hebrew and English.
- Full keyboard navigation, a clear focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link at the top of each page.
- Colour contrast at level AA, in the dark and light versions, including text over renderings.
- Alternative text for every image, in Hebrew and English.
- Form fields with visible labels, error messages in text that screen readers announce, and a marketing box that is never pre‑ticked.
- FAQ answers that open with a button and announce their open or closed state. The apartment tabs also work with the arrow keys.
- Responsive layout and text zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- The operating system’s “reduce motion” setting is respected: entrance animations stop and the rotating headline stays fixed.
- The top of the page has a silent background video (a rendering, no sound and no information that is not also in the text) and a headline that changes every 5 seconds. One button next to the headline pauses and plays both, also from the keyboard. Rotation stops when the form is opened, and screen readers hear one fixed headline. With “stop animations” or “reduce motion”, the video is not loaded and a still image is shown.
- Mid page there is a silent promo video of the project (renderings, no speech and no text apart from the project name and location), with information points that are also available as text for screen readers, and a pause button. It does not autoplay with “stop animations” or “reduce motion”.
Using the accessibility menu
The round button in the corner of the screen opens the accessibility menu. You can also reach it with the Tab key. It offers:
- Text size in three steps
- High contrast
- Light mode
- Highlight links
- Readable font
- Stop animations
- Reset all settings
Esc closes the menu. Your settings are saved in the browser for next time. The menu is an extra convenience; accessibility itself is built into the page code.
Known limitations
- The investor event testimonial video is not on the page yet. When it is added, it will be captioned. Until then, its content is available on request from the accessibility coordinator.
- Renderings are illustrative images. Each has a text description, and the facts themselves (sizes, distances, financing) also appear as page text.
